🔁 Returns & Refunds
At Glowmere, we want every order to bring you confidence and joy. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
All returns come with free return shipping and no restocking fees. We do not classify any items as “final sale,” so you can shop with full assurance.
✅ Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:
- 📦 Unopened and unused
- 🧴 In original, undamaged packaging
- 🔒 Safety seals or tamper-evident labels must remain intact
📬 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, email us at care@glowmere.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please include your order number inside the parcel and send it back using the provided label.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If your refund does not appear after 15 business days, please contact your payment provider or email us for assistance.
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at care@glowmere.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law.
