International shipping rates are based on live exchange rates from GBP. Final checkout totals are displayed in your local currency.

    • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
    • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

📦 Fulfilment Times

Glowmere products are freshly prepared and shipped via our trusted partner. Fulfilment time varies by the number of products in your order:

    • 11–100 products: 7 full working days
    • 100+ products: 12 full working days
    • 1000+ products: 30–60 full working days

Shipping times begin once your order is fulfilled.

📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each package if applicable.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your Glowmere order and are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions
